• What benefits do I get as a member?

  While being a member, you will have access to our whole collection of mockups, templates, fonts, icons, and other graphics with all updates and new releases. You will be able to benefit from our support team and help guides. You will be able to use our files for personal and commercial projects with no limits.

• Does my license remain active after my membership ends?

  You can use any of our resources in projects you started while your subscription was active. After your subscription expires, you can rest assured that your license for these projects will remain active.

• What is your refund policy?

  We are confident enough that you will be 100% happy with your subscription. As our products are digital and not tangible, subscribers get immediate download access to our files which makes it difficult for us to issue refunds after your subscription is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon making your purchase. With that being said, if any of our resources didn't meet your expectations or did not match our description, you can contact us to discuss the options we can have to help you as much as possible. • Does my membership renew automatically?

  No, we never make automatic renewals.

• Can I request a specific resource?

  Our members are our friends. If you have a specific resource in mind that you need but you can't find in our library, you can tell us about it and we'll be glad to add it to our "To Do List".

• What payment methods do you accept?

  All payments are securely processed via 2Checkout as we accept all Credit Card types as well as PayPal. If you like to subscribe in any other way, email us and we will be glad to help you.

• What if you increased your prices during my membership?

  If our prices got higher for any reason during your membership, you will not be subjected to this price change. You will continue to pay the membership price you registered with until you cancel.
